Are tickets refundable?

No, all sales are final. No refunds or credits will be given.

Can I transfer my ticket?

If available, you are able to transfer your ticket to a different session. Your original ticket will then become void.

What if the name on the ticket doesn’t match the name on my ID?

That’s fine, as long as the ticket is valid when scanned at the fest.

Can you mail my tickets?

No, physical tickets will not be shipped. A PDF ticket will be emailed to you.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can either present your printed ticket or display your ticket on your phone, along with a valid ID at the gate.

What is included in the ticket price?

Along with admission to the fest, you will receive a tasting cup, food ticket, & live brewing demonstration.

Do I need to stay at Icona Resorts to attend the event?

No. You do not need to be a guest of the resort to attend Barefoot Beer Fest.

Are there ID requirements?

Yes, you must be 21 or older with a valid ID to enter the gate. No minors. No exceptions. (This includes babies and children)

What are the session times?

Session #1: Saturday 12pm – 3:30pm

Session #2: Saturday 4:30pm – 8pm

Are there any differences between the sessions?

The only differences between the sessions will be the bands. Steel Drummer George Pollis will perform from 2 – 5 pm and the Flamin Causasian will perform in the evening

How many sessions am I allowed to attend?

You are only allowed to attend one session per 24 hour period.

Is the event handicap accessible?

The event is semi-handicap accessible. There is an ADA ramp onto the boardwalk of the beach which will connect to the main tent of the event. Main areas will be accessible by wheelchair, but it may not be possible to reach all areas of the event as some will be directly on the sand.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

This event is rain or shine. The beer tasting area will be tented.

Will there be food available?

Yes, there will be multiple food vendors selling food.

Can I bring outside food or beverages?


Will there be any additional entertainment?

Yes, there will be live music from 2-9 pm.

Will there be parking?

There will be valet services on the day of the event. There is street parking available, however, it may be limited.

Can I bring a bag or backpack?

All bags/carrying items will be subject to search. Backpacks are not allowed on the fest floor. Security will have the final say on all items brought into the fest.
